Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: 13 August 2025
Ward 2 Pty Ltd trading as Toowoomba Plastics Polytanks (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides products and services in accordance with the following Terms and Conditions. By placing an order with us (whether online, by phone, email, or in person), you agree to these terms.
Definitions
- “Rainwater Tanks” means our rotomoulded plastic water tanks manufactured to order.
- “Automotive Tanks” means our rotomoulded plastic automotive tanks and accessories.
- “Customer” means the person or entity placing the order.
Orders and Acceptance
- Orders may be placed online, by phone, by email, or in person.
- Online orders are paid in full at the time of ordering.
- Email and phone orders will be invoiced and must be paid in full within 7 days of the invoice date.
- Orders are only accepted once payment has been received in full.
Payment Terms
- Accepted payment methods: Amex, Mastercard, Visa, or direct deposit.
- In-person purchases can be paid via our in-factory EFTPOS machine.
- Invoices must be paid within 7 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Delivery Terms
Rainwater Tank Delivery:
Estimated production and delivery times:
- 25,000L tanks: 3–4 weeks
- 10,000L and 5,000L tanks: 1–2 weeks
- 1,000L tanks: 3–4 days (pickup only unless ordering 3 or more)
Free delivery within 120km of our factory in Harlaxton, QLD.
We deliver rainwater tanks ourselves and do not provide installation.
Automotive Tank Delivery:
- Usually in stock for same-day or next-day dispatch.
- Sent via Aramex, Australia Post, or Direct Freight Express.
- Delivery time depends on the customer’s location.
Risk & Liability
Rainwater Tank Warranty:
- 10-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
- Warranty applies only if installed as per instructions provided.
- Not covered if used for anything other than water storage, or if modified/tampered with.
Automotive Tank Warranty:
- Warranty period as per product specifications (contact us for details).
Limitations on Use
- Rainwater tanks must only be used for storing water.
- Automotive tanks are designed for specific automotive purposes; misuse voids the warranty.
Intellectual Property
- All designs, product images, website content, and branding are the intellectual property of Ward 2 Pty Ltd.
- They may not be reproduced, copied, or used without prior written consent.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
