I understand that the old tank must be completely empty of water before collection.

I confirm that the old tank has only been used to store rainwater.

I confirm that the old tank has not contained diesel, petrol, oil, chemicals, pesticides, sewage, wastewater, liquid fertiliser, industrial products or any unknown substance.

I understand that the old tank must be disconnected from gutters, pumps, electrical connections and plumbing before collection.

I confirm that the old tank is not buried or partly buried and will be fully accessible for removal.

I understand that the old tank must be ready for collection when the new tank is delivered, and that removal is not available as a separate collection trip at the standard price.

I understand that the advertised removal price is subject to suitable access and that additional charges may apply for cutting, restricted access, excessive sediment or additional labour.
